Though it helps to have a basic concept of your organization (e.g., name, purpose, mission), you don't need have to have anything else prepared in advance in order to attend one of these sessions.
- 4:00 PM45mXplosion XpressThis 45-minute class is a full body workout that will have you feeling strong and powerful. There will be various stations that you will move through, which will target different muscles of your body and build strength and cardiovascular endurance.The class size is limited to 10 participants.
- 4:30 PM50mYogaThis mind and body class utilizes yoga movements to improve your flexibility, posture, strength, and balance. You will bring attention to your breath while flowing from one posture to the next.

- 5:30 PM45mPilatesThe Pilates Method is a full-body conditioning program that develops deep abdominal and back strength, together with increased flexibility and ease of movement.  This class is aimed at core stability and designed to work on lengthening muscles to help tone and strengthen them, using breathing to enhance relaxation.  
- 6:00 PM45mResistance TrainingThis dynamic workout will target major muscle groups, enhance strength, and tone with a mix of challenging exercises designed to leave you empowered and energized.
