- 12:00 PM50mBarreSet to fun and energetic music, each class incorporates an upper body workout with weights and a combination of high-intensity sequences of the thigh, seat, and core exercises. Improving strength, more elongated muscles, and flexibility are key. Each class is designed to leave you feeling invigorated, challenged, and inspired.

- 4:00 PM45mXplosion XpressThis 45-minute class is a full body workout that will have you feeling strong and powerful. There will be various stations that you will move through, which will target different muscles of your body and build strength and cardiovascular endurance.The class size is limited to 10 participants.
- 4:30 PM50mYogaThis mind and body class utilizes yoga movements to improve your flexibility, posture, strength, and balance. You will bring attention to your breath while flowing from one posture to the next.  
- 5:30 PM30mSweat it OnGet your sweat on  in this cardio focused workout. Get ready to move to the hottest beats that will get your heart pumping.No equipment is needed. Just bring a towel and high energy.
- 5:30 PM45mPilatesThe Pilates Method is a full-body conditioning program that develops deep abdominal and back strength, together with increased flexibility and ease of movement.  This class is aimed at core stability and designed to work on lengthening muscles to help tone and strengthen them, using breathing to enhance relaxation.  
- 6:00 PM45mResistance TrainingThis dynamic workout will target major muscle groups, enhance strength, and tone with a mix of challenging exercises designed to leave you empowered and energized.
- 6:00 PM50mBarreSet to fun and energetic music, each class incorporates an upper body workout with weights and a combination of high-intensity sequences of the thigh, seat, and core exercises. - 6:30 PM45mStrength TrainingThis class will use a variety of equipment that will tone and strengthen your entire body. This class will leave you sweating hard and feeling accomplished.
