This gathering is open to all UTA students and aims to create a safe, supportive space to learn, connect, and care.The event will feature a powerful presentation led by mental health professionals from CAPS, who will share valuable information on recognizing the signs of suicide, supporting friends or loved ones in crisis, and accessing the mental health resources available on campus.This is more than just a presentation. It's a step toward fostering hope, understanding, and a stronger campus community. Whether you're seeking support, want to help others, or simply want to learn, you are welcome here.

There will be various stations that you will move through, which will target different muscles of your body and build strength and cardiovascular endurance.The class size is limited to 10 participants.
- 4:00 PM2hHSI Festival La KermésCome to the Library Mall for a night of music, food, convivio, and so much more!The Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships will be raffling off three $500 scholarships to full-time undergraduate and graduate students who attend and participate.The backup location in case of rain will be the Rio Grande Ballroom.All Mavericks are welcome!

- 5:30 PM45mPilatesThe Pilates Method is a full-body conditioning program that develops deep abdominal and back strength, together with increased flexibility and ease of movement.  This class is aimed at core stability and designed to work on lengthening muscles to help tone and strengthen them, using breathing to enhance relaxation.  
- 6:00 PM45mResistance TrainingThis dynamic workout will target major muscle groups, enhance strength, and tone with a mix of challenging exercises designed to leave you empowered and energized.
