A Fallen Maverick
A Fallen Maverick At UTA, we are more than just a university. We are a family. When we lose a member of our Maverick community, their impact and legacy remain with us. We invite our Maverick community to attend our inaugural ceremony, A Fallen Maverick, on Friday, April 11th at 5:00pm in Texas Hall. This event will honor the lives of students, faculty, and staff who have passed away during their time at UTA. The program will include a speech from President Jennifer Cowley, presentation of colors from UTA's ROTC, roll call of remembrance, and more as we pay tribute to our fallen Mavericks.
