Tuesday meet ups are a safe space for you to share your struggles if you'd like to, but if you don't want to speak you don't have to. Every other Monday we will incorporate a self care component like journaling, painting, making fidget toys, etc. We know self care is important, but sometimes it's hard to find the time or get yourself to actually do it. These meetings provide you a specific time and place to invest in a little self care. We discuss how our neurodivergencies affect our college experience. The group can provide advice, commentary, support, and encouragement. You can request any kind of specific feedback you'd prefer. All are welcome. Just join our organization and come on over. Attendance is not required for membership, but membership is needed to attend as a safety precaution for members who might share sensitive or vulnerable information during a meeting. We hope to see you there!
