Welcome Bash is an annual tradition kicking off the new school year for College of Engineering students, faculty, and staff. There will be free food, fun games, a jammin' DJ, cool entertainment, and student organizations! Come out and connect with fellow engineering students and explore ways to get involved with groups and events throughout the year.

Set to fun and energetic music, each class incorporates an upper body workout with weights and a combination of high-intensity sequences of the thigh, seat, and core exercises. Improving strength, more elongated muscles, and flexibility are key. Each class is designed to leave you feeling invigorated, challenged, and inspired.  

These small group sessions are offered for those interested in learning the process, rules, and requirements for starting up a new organization. Though it helps to have a basic concept of your organization (e.g., name, purpose, mission), you don't need have to have anything else prepared in advance in order to attend one of these sessions.

This 45-minute class is a full body workout that will have you feeling strong and powerful. There will be various stations that you will move through, which will target different muscles of your body and build strength and cardiovascular endurance.The class size is limited to 10 participants.
