After that, each month will spotlight a new style; from hip-hop to contemporary, jazz, majorette, and more! Ensuring your growth and versatility! Cycle 45 is a 45 minute HIIT cycle class that will challenge your cardio fitness. With group work, fast flats, and heavy climbs, this class is designed to take your performance to the next level.A towel and water bottle are required.  

Transform your arms and redefine your upper body with this effective 30-minute arm workout. This fast-paced routine is specifically curated to target your biceps, triceps, shoulders, and upper back, building your upper body to become strong and enhanced. 

The Pilates Method is a full-body conditioning program that develops deep abdominal and back strength, together with increased flexibility and ease of movement.  This class is aimed at core stability and designed to work on lengthening muscles to help tone and strengthen them, using breathing to enhance relaxation.  

Join a 45-minute session that utilizes weights to increase muscular strength along with cardiovascular exercises to improve endurance and stamina.

This 45-minute class is a full body workout that will have you feeling strong and powerful. There will be various stations that you will move through, which will target different muscles of your body and build strength and cardiovascular endurance.The class size is limited to 10 participants.
