You are invited to the Leadership Honors Program Advancement ceremony! This ceremony aims to honor the hard work, commitment, and leadership demonstrated by each member throughout the program. This event will recognize those who have completed the Legacy Project and achieved significant milestones in completing one or more pillars of the program.

Performance Cycle 45 is 45 minutes of HIIT cycle class that will challenge your cardio fitness. With group work, fast flats, and heavy climbs, this class is designed to take your performance to the next level. A towel and water bottle are required.  

Go for a spin! This ride is for everyone. Try this class of high intensity, medium impact cardio training in your target heart rate zone. A towel and water are required. The class is limited to 12 participants.
