This is a full body workout designed to work on your strength, ignite your muscles, and build solid power. The class will focus on using added resistance and body weight to strengthen muscles and increase muscular endurance. The priority will be to deliver a fun, safe, and effective workout but to also move our bodies and have fun.

This mind and body class utilizes yoga movements to improve your flexibility, posture, strength, and balance. The yoga class will bring attention and focus to your breath while you continuously flow from one posture to the next. 

The Inaugural Annual Juried UTA Student Exhibition at the Arlington Museum of Art is on view from November 8, 2024- January 5, 2025.Juried by the Dallas Contemporary Associate Curator Emily Edwards, this exhibition features works by current graduate and undergraduate students and recent alumni.Featured works are by: Alia Almosawi, Christina Childress, Lisa Clavton, Chris Cravton, Paula Currie, Vy Dang, David Galvan Cruz, Xochitl Garcia, Shang Gou, Lucas Gustafson, Audrey Hatter, Evelyn Kennedy, America Luna, Yasmine Muhammad, Dorian Parkhurst, Michelle Perez, Evelia Sanchez, Phoenix Sanders, Emelie Stenhammar, Lauren Tallman, Emma Valenzuela, Phoenix Warren, and Grace Witkinson.The exhibition opening reception will be Thursday, Nov. 7, 6-8 p.m.

The Department of Global Engagement and Office of Study Abroad present the See the Unseen Photo Gallery Exhibition, which features photography submitted by our very own UTA students. The exhibition will be available for viewing from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. from Nov. 18-Dec. 6There will be a celebration for exhibition’s opening on Monday, Nov. 18 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m.

This 45-minute class is a full body workout that will leave you feeling strong and powerful. There will be various stations that you will move through which will target different muscles of your body, building strength, and cardiovascular endurance. The class is limited to 10 participants.
