Employee Benefits Annual Enrollment

    When: The Annual Enrollment period for the 2025-2026 plan year is July 15-31, 2025.



    What: During this time, eligible employees can make changes to their benefits, such as adding or dropping coverage or adding or removing dependents. The window to make elections or changes closes at 11:59 p.m. on July 31.



    How: Log into MyUT Benefits at go.uta.edu/myutbenefits to make elections, changes or reenroll in UT Flex. Your current insurance coverage will continue to the new benefit year (September 1, 2025, through August 31, 2026), if no action is taken, with the exception of UT FLEX. UT FLEX is the only benefit that requires reenrollment every annual enrollment.
