Learn mindfulness and practice meditation to effectively manage stress, while enjoying the beauty of the UTA planetarium.Mindful Moments Under the Stars is open to all UTA students, faculty, and staff. This 45-minute class is a full body workout that will have you feeling strong and powerful. There will be various stations that you will move through, which will target different muscles of your body and build strength and cardiovascular endurance.The class size is limited to 10 participants.

This mind and body class utilizes yoga movements to improve your flexibility, posture, strength, and balance. You will bring attention to your breath while flowing from one posture to the next.

The Pilates Method is a full-body conditioning program that develops deep abdominal and back strength, together with increased flexibility and ease of movement.  This class is aimed at core stability and designed to work on lengthening muscles to help tone and strengthen them, using breathing to enhance relaxation.
