This gathering is open to all UTA students and aims to create a safe, supportive space to learn, connect, and care.The event will feature a powerful presentation led by mental health professionals from CAPS, who will share valuable information on recognizing the signs of suicide, supporting friends or loved ones in crisis, and accessing the mental health resources available on campus.This is more than just a presentation. Come to the Library Mall for a night of music, food, convivio, and so much more!The Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships will be raffling off three $500 scholarships to full-time undergraduate and graduate students who attend and participate.The backup location in case of rain will be the Rio Grande Ballroom.All Mavericks are welcome!

This 45-minute class is a full body workout that will have you feeling strong and powerful. There will be various stations that you will move through, which will target different muscles of your body and build strength and cardiovascular endurance.The class size is limited to 10 participants.

This mind and body class utilizes yoga movements to improve your flexibility, posture, strength, and balance. You will bring attention to your breath while flowing from one posture to the next.  

The Pilates Method is a full-body conditioning program that develops deep abdominal and back strength, together with increased flexibility and ease of movement.  This class is aimed at core stability and designed to work on lengthening muscles to help tone and strengthen them, using breathing to enhance relaxation.  

Get your sweat on  in this cardio focused workout. Get ready to move to the hottest beats that will get your heart pumping.No equipment is needed. Just bring a towel and high energy.
